Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for its Saint Cloud, MN store to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready environment through strong workload planning and stock control. Key duties include SOP adherence, MOD coverage, truck and stock flow, in-stock optimization, and staff coaching to uphold company

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage stock movement and inventory controls.
• Experience with planogram and visual merchandising standards.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Plan workloads and coordinate staffing with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimisation routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Maintain organized backroom and sales floor presentation.
• Manage inventory control, signage, and pricing changes.
• Oversee Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members; support asset protection.
