The Michaels Companies Stores in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising execution, pricing accuracy, and in-stock readiness across the store. You will lead truck processing, planogram sets, and visual standards while ensuring a customer-ready environment and strong workload planning.

Responsibilities include SOP compliance, policy execution, MOD coverage, and coaching team members. Experience in retail leadership and inventory control is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading SOPs and company programs.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and accountability for store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck processing and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workloads and prioritize tasks with store leadership.
• Manage in-stock optimization routines and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store and backroom.
• Manage inventory control and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets and ensure pricing changes and signage.
• Oversee Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members.
• Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
