Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead SOP compliance and Company programs to ensure store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes for unloading and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
