Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management experience.
• Experience with truck processing, planogram execution, and maintaining visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and store standards; hold team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes for unloading, sorting, and floor flow of merchandise.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and ensure merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment including backroom and sales floor.
• Manage inventory control, ensure product accuracy and proper stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant promotional signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time to maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with accuracy and proper inventory adjustments.
• Manage store damages procedures, reporting and shrink reduction.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices.
