Michaels NYC-BROOKLYN HEIGHTS store seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store through strong workload planning and inventory management.

You will lead with store leadership to align staffing, ship-from-store fulfillment, and in-stock levels while coaching teammates and upholding asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading store operations and SOP adherence.
• Strong customer service and communications.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Lead truck processing and merchandising flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock movement.
• Oversee Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members.
• Maintain asset protection and shrink reduction.
