Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and SOP adherence to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Oversee truck execution, inbound logistics, and stock replenishment to the sales floor.
• Manage planogram execution and visual merchandising standards to company expectations.
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processes with proper documentation.
