Michaels in New York City (Chelsea) is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store through strong workload planning and inventory control.

Lead a team to deliver store objectives, coordinate with leadership, and maintain SOP compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and manage SOP adherence.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure policy execution and store conditions.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily task priorities with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels with Store-In-Stock Optimization.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Ensure a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement and accuracy.
• Execute promo ad sets and price changes on schedule.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RN/ASN processing.
• Handle RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Manage store damages and shrink reduction.
• Train and coach team via TM onboarding.
• Partner on Asset Protection and safety compliance.
