Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution: unloading, sorting and flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for replenishment and in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving.
• Train, coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building across departments.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and integrity.
• Execute promotional ad sets and pricing changes accurately.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and order accuracy.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Manage damages procedures and shrink reduction; train staff.
