• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership alignment.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Execute pricing changes accurately and on time to maintain pricing integrity.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards.
• Manage inventory control, shrink reduction, and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
