Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced, retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive service culture, execute merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate top talent, lead others through change.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals across retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, and omni-channel metrics.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Lead scheduling and workload management to maximize productivity and payroll efficiency.
• Provide coaching and development to associates to enable continuous growth and drive sales performance.
