Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager (Part-time) for our Irving, TX area store. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards, ensuring pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.

You will manage workload planning, on-floor leadership, and stock movement, collaborating with store leadership to meet business needs while adhering to SOPs and company programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Familiar with planogram execution and stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and promotional execution.
• Lead truck processing, unloading, and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain in-stock levels via Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Support Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes to accuracy.
