Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policy compliance and store condition accountability.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Oversee in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy and sales readiness.
• Manage planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain pricing integrity and timely price changes across systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, ASN receiving and inventory adjustments.
• Support backroom organization and stock movement, shrink control.
