Michaels in Hanover, MD is seeking a dedicated store leader to drive SOP compliance, service standards, and merchandise flow. You will support the Store Manager, oversee floor operations, and ensure staffing aligns with business needs while maintaining a customer-centric environment.

The role requires hands-on coaching of team members, adherence to company policies, and teamwork to maintain inventory integrity and visual merchandising standards across the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a team and uphold SOPs and company programs.
• Strong organizational skills and inventory control awareness.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, manage store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unload, sort, and move merchandise to the floor.
• Plan workload and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership.
• Oversee stock in/stock out and in-stock optimization routines.
• Execute planogram (POG) and visual merchandising standards.
