Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and customer service at our Florida location. You will manage opening and closing procedures, cash controls, and ensure all tasks are completed to our standards.

You will drive sales through merchandising, training, and execution of promotions, while maintaining inventory integrity and a safe, welcoming environment. The role requires at least two years of management experience and strong verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock on the sales floor.
• Sets up displays and signage following corporate guidelines and promotions.
• Manages opening or closing the store, including cash handling and security procedures.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and training to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
• Executes the market plan with product placement and promotions according to guidelines.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
