Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store manager in the United States to oversee receiving, displays, opening/closing, and all store operations. You will lead a team of associates, ensure excellent customer service, and execute promotional plans according to corporate guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of management experience, and strong communication with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted.
• Manages opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Helps oversee daily activities of all store associates and provides excellent customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes the market plan by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines and updating promotions.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity process is followed.
