Qualifications

• Capable of training others and guiding Associates.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Engage with customers to ensure an excellent experience.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging and placement.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
• Support store safety and labor policy adherence.
