Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a hardworking store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, and mentor peers on processes.

A strong focus on teamwork and safety is required. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends, ability to lift heavy objects, and prior retail or leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working as part of a team.
• Able to train others and adapt to changing directions.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience are preferred.
• Able to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Organize back stock, rotate stock, and ensure proper tagging and signage.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and processes.
• Communicate with management to prioritize tasks and monitor productivity.
• Support safety, labor laws, and benefits programs while adhering to policies.
