Job summary

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Maintains backroom organization and recovery standards
• Promotes safety and compliance with policies
