Job summary

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Oversee pricing, signage, planograms, and in-store visual standards to deliver a customer-ready store environment.
• Coordinate truck unloading, replenishment, and stock movement to support sales floor readiness.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving with accurate inventory adjustments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
