Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted.
• Operates and secures cash, doors, alarms to open/close the store for smooth daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and provides training on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by improving merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
