Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in the Morrisville, NC area to lead a team of associates and ensure a safe, customer-friendly shopping environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, maintaining stock levels, and driving sales and margins for the store.

The position requires coordinating with leadership teams and may include cross-training across Specialty and Operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations and processes within and beyond assigned areas of responsibility.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
