Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted.
• Manages the process of opening or closing the store, including cash Security, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations and staff performance.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service; executes the market plan per corporate guidelines.
