Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store management professional to supervise daily store operations, cash handling, merchandising, and customer service. You will lead associates, train staff, and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for promotions and inventories.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays following corporate guidelines for resets and promotions
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and oversees store operations, staff, and customer service
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and service quality
• Executes market plan with products and signage per corporate guidelines and Inventory Integrity process
