Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking and stocking to the floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensure signage and promotions are highlighted.
• Responsible for opening or closing the store, cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures customer service excellence.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan with product placement and signage per corporate guidelines; ensures inventory integrity.
