Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution at the Chandler, AZ store. You will supervise truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing, promotions, and visual standards to create a customer-ready environment.

You will lead staffing, workload planning, SOP adherence, and in-stock optimization, while coaching team members and ensuring compliance with policies and shrink-reduction goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience executing SOPs and company programs.
• Strong inventory, pricing and in-store execution skills.
• Proven ability to coach teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and store operations with a focus on accuracy and standards.
• Oversee truck receiving, inventory routines, and planogram sets.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotions execution.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and customer-ready environment.
• Coordinate Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving activities.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and staff development.
