Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead truck processing, receiving, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Support SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and store standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, ensuring floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising to company standards.
• Maintain pricing integrity, promotional execution, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage in-stock levels, replenishment, and backroom organization.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN processes where applicable.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
