Job summary

Michaels PHX-SAN TAN VALLEY seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operating execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive merchandising and store operations.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and stock flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and monitor planograms to ensure accurate merchandising.
• Maintain pricing integrity and timely promotional execution.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
