Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience through attentive service and engagement.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded properly.
• Coordinate truck deliveries and prioritize replenishment to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the backroom and on the sales floor.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods and priorities.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Rotate back stock for easy replenishment and accessibility.
• Uphold signage standards and merchandising philosophy across the store.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Support loyalty programs, credit promotions, and shrink reduction efforts.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by store leadership.
