Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized store and provide excellent customer service
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Orient merchandise onto the sales floor and ensure proper tagging, hanging and coding
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods and priorities
• Support safety programs and labor law compliance
