Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Coordinate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise processing to the floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety procedures.
