You will ensure efficient processing, maintain an organized store, and model excellent service while collaborating with team members and management. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Team player and able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Engages customers to ensure an excellent shopping experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded; communicates priorities to the team.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and backroom organization; adheres to labor laws and company policies.
• Promotes and supports store shrink reduction, safety initiatives, and loyalty programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
