Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead SOPs and store standards.
• Experience with inventory control and planogram execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes for timely unloading and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership for staffing alignment.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution to ensure merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and initial product placement.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment including backroom and sales floor.
