Michaels is hiring for a Merchandise Manager at MSP-MINNEAPOLIS/THE QUARRY. The role drives merchandising and execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include leading SOPs, policy adherence, store coverage, truck execution, workload planning, and accurate pricing and promotions. Regular training and asset protection support are part of the role, with a focus on shrink reduction
