Job summary

Michaels Stores in Pottsville, PA is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution across truck processing, inventory routines, planograms, and pricing. You will ensure store readiness and customer environment through strong workload planning and accurate inventory management.

Lead a team to maintain visual standards, oversee planogram compliance, ship-from-store processes, RTVs, and ASN activities while coaching staff and upholding asset protection and safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with SOPs and Company programs adherence.
• Ensure store conditions meet standards and drive results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage for floor leadership and service.
• Lead truck execution: unloading, sorting, and floor flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee inventory control, in-stock optimization, and replenishment accuracy.
• Manage ad sets, pricing changes, and promotional signage.
