Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Lead to execute sales floor merchandising, pricing and recovery while delivering excellent customer service. You will be an expert in your departments, applying brand standards and guiding associates on merchandising processes.

You’ll manage product presentation, replenishment, pricing changes and signing, support training, and partner with others to ensure a great customer experience on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards per guidelines for product presentation.
• Maintain product levels on the sales floor through replenishment and remerchandising.
• Apply pricing activities—price, sign changes, and ticketing—accurately.
• Follow product protection policies to minimize loss.
• Support training of associates on standards and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with teammates on incoming product to enhance customer experience.
