Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead store associates in delivering excellent customer service through effective merchandising, pricing and recovery. You will teach, coach, develop and supervise associates while ensuring merchandising processes are consistently followed.

You will drive product presentation, floor recovery, and.adapt merchandising directions to layout and seasonal needs, while partnering with the Merchandising Manager to achieve store goals and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail associates and driving merchandising results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and development.
• Ability to adapt merchandising plans to floor layouts and seasonal needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards and visual direction.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, compelling presentation.
• Replenish stock based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train associates to execute merchandising direction and brand standards.
• Perform pricing activities with accurate sign changes and ticketing.
• Support training on standards, product knowledge, and tools.
• Collaborate with Operations on incoming product and execution.
