Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead associates in delivering top-quality customer service through on-floor merchandising, pricing and recovery, while teaching and coaching adherence to brand standards.

You will execute visual merchandising direction, train staff, coordinate pricing and product replenishment, and partner with operations to ensure efficient stocking and a compelling shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store merchandising to achieve product presentation and pricing aligned with direction.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, compelling displays.
• Replenish stock based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train associates to execute merchandising standards.
• Execute pricing activities and ticketing accurately.
• Support training on product knowledge and Kohl's brand standards.
• Collaborate with Operations on incoming product and efficient execution.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
