Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead store merchandising and pricing execution, coaching associates to deliver high-quality customer service. This role focuses on visual merchandising, product presentation, and adherence to Kohl’s brand standards on the sales floor.

The successful candidate will coach and develop associates, manage replenishment and signing, and partner with the Operations team to ensure efficient product flow while maintaining loss prevention awareness

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction and adapt as needed in partnership with the Merchandising Manager.
Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, compelling product presentation.
Replenish and re-merchandise to keep stock levels aligned with sell-through and seasonal changes.
Coach, train and supervise associates to follow company merchandising direction and brand standards.
Assist with pricing activities, sign changes, and ticketing procedures with accuracy and speed.
Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools.
