Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead associates in delivering compelling store presentations, pricing and recovery. You will coach and supervise staff, execute merchandising direction and maintain an organized selling floor aligned with brand standards.

You will open and close store processes as key holder, support training on product knowledge and merchandising tools, monitor stock, and use KPIs to improve performance while upholding safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising execution to brand standards and coach associates.
• Open and close store processes as key holder.
• Monitor stock, pricing changes and signage, and maintain a well-presented selling floor.
• Train and develop associates on merchandising direction and product knowledge.
• Use KPIs to drive store results and ensure customer service excellence.
• Collaborate with Operations to support incoming product and store needs.
• Maintain safety, shrink control and adherence to company policies.
