Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Lead truck execution, ensuring timely unloading, accurate sorting, and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, partnering with store leadership to align staffing and execution to business needs.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution, ensuring merchandising sets are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain pricing accuracy, timely promotional changes, and a customer-ready store environment.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building across assigned departments.
• Support asset protection practices to reduce shrink and maintain store controls.
