Michaels Exton is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. This role ensures accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

You will lead SOP adherence, coach team members, and ensure loss prevention practices while coordinating with store leadership to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience driving merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs adherence.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, pricing changes, and promotional signage.
• Oversee ship-from-store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and training.
