You will lead, coach, and develop a team, provide MOD coverage, and partner with leadership to align staffing with business needs, ensuring strong asset protection and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy, and store cleanliness.
