Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead associates in delivering excellent customer service through effective merchandising, pricing and floor recovery. You will coach and supervise staff while ensuring adherence to Kohl's merchandising standards across the selling floor.

You will collaborate with the Merchandising Manager to adapt displays, manage replenishment, and ensure proper pricing, signage and product presentation to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction and adapt as needed with Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor that is clear and compelling to customers.
• Replenish stock to maintain product on the floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train merchandising associates to follow brand standards and execute merchandising direction.
• Perform pricing activities and ensure accurate ticketing and sign changes.
