Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction and adapt as needed with the Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, easy to understand and compelling product presentation.
• Replenish and rem merchandising to keep stock aligned with sell through and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train merchandising associates to accurately execute company merchandising direction to brand standards.
• Execute pricing activities in store with accurate ticketing and sign changes.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools adhering to Kohl’s brand standards.
• Partner with Operations to merchandise incoming product and ensure efficient execution.
• Lead with integrity, foster teamwork, and model customer-service focused behavior.
• Use KPIs to inform decisions and drive store results.
