Job summary

Kohl's is hiring a Merchandising Supervisor who will lead associates to deliver superior customer service through effective floor merchandising, pricing and recovery. You will teach, coach and supervise teams while executing merchandising processes to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to coach and develop associates.
• Experience supervising teams or associates preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing merchandising directions.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to execute merchandising direction and brand standards.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear product presentation.
• Replenish stock and adjust merchandising based on sell through and seasonality.
• Execute in-store pricing, signage, and ticketing procedures accurately.
• Partner with Operations to ensure efficient merchandising of incoming product.
• Adhere to safety policies and support loss prevention efforts.
