Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead sales-floor merchandising, pricing, and recovery. You will coach associates, ensure brand-aligned merchandising, and partner with Operations to support incoming product. This role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and driving customer-focused results.

You will guide daily execution of merchandising standards, train staff, and manage pricing accuracy while maintaining an engaging and compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry
• Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching to achieve daily performance goals

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction and adapt as needed with the Merchandising Manager
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor that is clear, easy to understand and compelling for customers
• Maintain appropriate level of product on the sales floor by remerchandising and replenishing as necessary
• Coach, teach and train associates to execute company merchandising direction to brand standards
• Execute pricing activities in store with accurate sign changes and ticketing procedures
• Support training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools
• Partner with Operations to merchandise incoming product and ensure efficient execution
