Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the TOLEDO-ROSSFORD, OH store. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store environment.

With 3+ years of retail leadership, you will lead pricing accuracy, promotions, and workflow planning, while maintaining SOPs, store conditions, and strong asset protection practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and in-store operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through workload planning and inventory management.
• Lead SOPs and company programs, ensure policy execution, and hold the team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Oversee truck execution, load/unload, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Manage workload planning, daily task prioritization, and staffing alignment with store needs.
• Execute SISO routines to drive in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy and sales readiness.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain organized backroom and sales floor, ensuring a customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control and pricing changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes with accuracy.
