• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs to stay compliant.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to improve in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage price changes and Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Train and develop team members and support Asset Protection practices.
