• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience executing SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloads, sorts, and merch flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution to complete merchandising sets on schedule.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom and floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring accuracy and proper stock movements.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and timely across floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment for orders.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train and develop team members through TM onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner in Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
