• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards.
• Provide Manager‑on‑Duty coverage.
• Lead truck execution processes.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution.
• Establish visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean and organized store environment.
• Manage inventory control.
• Execute promotional signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving.
• Manage store damages procedures.
• Train and develop team members.
• Partner in maintaining strong Asset Protection practices.
